I booked a standard queen room, it was neat and had TV set, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment. A fully furnished kitchen was ok for me.

Friendly staff, nice location. 👍 If you fancy a cup of tea or coffee, you can head to Barista Lavazza nearby.

Every time we visit this place, we always choose to stay here because the staff is attentive and genuinely cares about the guests.

The hotel staff is unhelpful and uncooperative. They are reluctant to provide basic necessities and services, such as clean towels and working hot water in the bathroom.

The toilets were smelling, and the flushes were leaky, which provided an unsanitary experience for guests. there was no Wi-Fi or network for jio & vi and airtel, which was very inconvenient.

Spent my Xmas at this hotel and it was an enjoyable experience. the amenities were good and the location was key, close to many attractions. the room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. I particularly loved the complimentary breakfast, it was delicious and filling. During my Xmas stay the hotel was decorated with beautiful lights and decorations, creating a festive atmosphere. It was a great choice for a holiday stay.

The check-in process was long and disorganized, and there was a miscommunication about the availability of my room. I encountered issues with the hot water flow, which was very little.
